Learn Nordic Walking - Progressive Technique

Good technique is essential to fully enjoying the benefits of Nordic Walking.

Nordic Walking technique is taught on the Foundation Course Either one-to-one or in a group of up to 12 people over 4 sessions each lasting 1.5 hours. Instruction is given by a CYQ accredited Nordic Walking Fitness Instructor.

Nordic Walking Core Elements.

The following elements are taught over the 4 sessions:-

3. "Gathering Speed Through Technique"
4. "Posture & Empowerment"
